We are dedicated to supporting, advocating for, and driving real change for TV mums and parents in the industry. Our mission is to ensure that mums working in TV have access to the resources, opportunities, and workplace flexibility they need to truly thrive. We are proud to be partnered with The Film and Television Charity, a key ally in our efforts to improve the lives of parents in the industry.
Through collaborations with industry leaders like Screenskills, Share My Telly Job, and Women in Film & TV, we’ve already made significant strides in creating a supportive and inclusive community. And there’s plenty more exciting initiatives in the works! Whether it’s through our events, workshops, or mentorship schemes, we are committed to pushing for real, lasting change for parents navigating the challenges of working in TV.

Telly Mums Network (TMN) was founded by Duty of Care Advisor, Cheryl Woodcock, in response to seeing too many brilliant women leave the TV industry because balancing work and family life felt impossible. What started as a small Facebook group has now grown into a thriving network of over 2,300 members, proving just how essential this space is.
Emma Reynolds
Co-Chair
TMN is proudly co-chaired by Emma Reynolds, an experienced TV/Commercials Director, alongside a passionate and committed team of 18 dedicated admins. Together with Cheryl, they work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that our community of TV mums and parents receive the support, resources, and opportunities they need. From organising events to curating resources and providing ongoing support, our close-knit team is dedicated to creating a space where every member feels heard, empowered, and supported. Driven by a shared vision of building a more inclusive, flexible, and empowering environment for parents, our team is here to make it happen every day.
