Mum to Mum Mentoring
Our mentoring scheme
We’ve run two hugely successful mentoring schemes, pairing up over 100 mums to support, guide, and empower each other as they navigate the challenges of balancing a career in TV with family life.
Mentoring provides a safe, supportive space to share experiences, gain advice, and build confidence—whether it’s about career progression, returning to work, navigating flexible working, or just having someone who truly understands the juggle.
